It sells beef from British cattle, lamb usually from Sussex farms, free-range outdoor-reared pork and bacon, poultry including chicken, turkey and duck, and local game in season. All meat is aged on the premises. Sausages are made fresh each day, and pies and sausage rolls are baked in the shop daily. It also stocks local produce from south-east counties, including honey. The butcher uses local suppliers where it can and supplies The Brewers Arms and Harvey's Brewery. It opens early, from 7am or 7.30am, and closes on Sundays.
