Ridgeview is a wine estate on Ditchling Common, below the South Downs. The Roberts family founded it in 1995, and it makes traditional-method English sparkling wine. Visitors can book a tour and tasting, held on the hour through the day, or just turn up when there is space. You can also have a drink or a meal at The Rows & Vine, the estate restaurant, and buy wine to take home. The business has new owners from 2026, and hours for tours and the restaurant change through the year, so check before visiting.
