Food & Drink Restaurant
Seasonal, French-influenced British cooking in an Arundel courtyard
Tucked into a courtyard off Tarrant Street, The Parsons Table is a small, cosy restaurant run by husband-and-wife team Lee and Liz Parsons, who opened it in 2015. Lee's cooking is modern British with a clear French influence, built on classic techniques and changing with the seasons. The dining room is intimate, so booking ahead is a good idea. Lunch is served Tuesday to Saturday and dinner on most of those evenings, making it a natural choice for a long lunch after a morning at the castle or a special-occasion dinner. The restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide.
